LDAP Integrate issue in Connect-IT

Hi,

 

*We use HP Service Manager 7.11 in Windows Server, and it has integratiopn with Active Directory in SM Login Authintication and in SM Contacts(throw connect-IT Scenario and it works every day at 2 am).

 

*Before nearly of one month the contact scenario doesn't work, and i checked in Connect-it log and I got the below error message:

Are you using the demo version of connect-it ? If not then you have not applied the certificates correctly (as per the log). 

 

Your batch file is ok (its not the source of problem). As you will get the same error if you run the connect-it scenario manually instead of runniing it as windows service.

If you developed the scenario using the Instant-On Auto-pass license, that license expires 60 days after installation, you need to access the webware site and generate your permanent license keys for Connect-It. You will likely have multiple license keys, all of which must be entered into the application license.

 

Note that the LDAP connector is not a base connector (it is not included with Connect-It as part of the Foundation SM license). The Autopass license provides access to all connectors for review and development, but I have encountered customers that then deployed an optional connector for which they had not purchased a license. Make sure you are licensed for the LDAP Connector.
