Re: License Error Change Management module not working

All license files need to be distributed across all servers (nodes) of your SM implementation. Make sure you use an "aggregated" license file (LicFile.txt) with all your license information in it.

Re: License Error Change Management module not working

It looks like you have more then one server running SM (horizontally scaled environment using sm loadbalancer). For each server you use, you must use the same license file (located in the RUN directory).

If you check the loadbalancer log file (most likely your regular SM log, otherwise check the sm.cfg file and find the "sm -loadBalancer" line and check the location after "-log:"), you will see entries starting with "New SM Node found."

check all these node names, to identify from which server they come, and update/align the RUN directory licFile.txt for all of these.

Before copying, esure you have a backup of this file.
