License invalid

could s.one tell me what causes the below error :

You get that error message if SM thinks you have invalid license.

Use sm -verifylic in the RUN directory to check on your license.

If you have old expired license mixed with valid license in your C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\Service Manager 9.30\Server\RUN\LicFile.txt, that can cause problems too.

May be worth ensuring there's no other old renamed versions of LicFile.txt in the RUN folder as well.

you have aply licfile.txt and reboot service.

After put he LicFile license in C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\Service Manager 9.30\Server\RUN\LicFile.txt you need to reboot the HP Service Manager service.
