But the above one doesnt filter properly . also tried the following line below which doenst work either.

$query+=" subtype=\"Type1\""

$query+=" or subtype=\"Type2\""

$query+=" and istatus~=\"Retired/Consumed\""

Kindly suggest.

Re: Link Expresion

1) to which table this link

2) What contains this line of link (where your set condition)

if the problem in logic of the query, it is necessary to test and identify how the logic works, to understand where the error.

Re: Link Expresion

Hi, This is in probsummary table for affected.item field and the expression is

Source: affected.item

target file:device

target:logical.name

Existing expression :$query="type=\"bizservice\" and istatus~=\"Retired/Consumed\""
if ($fill.skip.master=true) then ($fill.skip=true;cleanup($fill.skip.master))
if (not (null(affected.item in $File))) then ($query=$query+" and logical.name#\""+affected.item in $File+"\"")

We need to query subtype type1 and type2 and status~=retired/consumed in this expression.

under the Expressions tab on the probsummary link:

$query="istatus~=\"Retired/Consumed\" and subtype isin {\"Server\",\"Host\"}"
