Messages are not going to eventout

Jump to solution

Hi All.

The problem is that email messages are not goint to eventout. It worked fine, but once after server restart it stopped =(

We tried to restart the server, the services.

Then I tried this recommendation found here in the forum:

-1.in system stsus->start scheduler->click on event.startup
-2.1.in system stsus->start scheduler->click on problem
-3.check in the eventout whether records generating or not..
-4.if still issue exist:
-5.go to system status->show locks and kill the SCHEDULExxxxx .
I killed the SCHEDULExxxxx, but when I kill it, problem scheduler stops. When I start it again, SCHEDULExxxxx lock appears again. And still no records in eventout.

What should I check?

Thanks in advance!

Hi  All,

Solved it myself.

Problem was in one of the incidents, invalid category selected. It caused lock by problem. Changed it, killed schedule and problem locks, and started again. Works now.
