Mobility configuration in HPSM 9.40

i'm new to HPSM and i want to know how to configure HPSM on mobile and Tablets so that end user can register new ticket and Power user can handle any ticket from his mobile

The short answer is that there is a separate webapp which is intended for mobile browsers (smartphones/tablets). This webapp can be deployed on the same server as the main webtier.
