My ToDO List not showing new created incidents.
How is My ToDo list displaying records.
I created a new incident and assigned it to ABC group.
Now i have logged in HPSM using user id : xyz. .
My TO List doesnot show the created incident ticket in the list.
If i select incident inthe queue and All open incident in the View.Then i can see the incident which created.
Why it is not visible in TOList as soon as i login into HPSM ? ?
Where is this taken care in SM.??
Basic question, is the user xyz member of group ABC?
Did you assign the new incident to a group or also to a user?
My To Do List includes all the tickets that are assigned to a user.
My Group's To Do List includes all the tickets that are assigned to a group that loggen in user belongs.
The ticket will be visible in ABC group assignee whom you have assigned the ticket . Not in your view
the query in OOB will be assignee=$lo.user.name
