There is no need to modify any process record. Updating the profile settings will remove the check for similar incidents. The condition to run the incident matching in the process checks the profile privilege:

$L.check=same(true, evaluate(ir.query in $G.pm.environment)) or same(true, evaluate(check.parents in $G.pm.environment or check.duplicates in $G.pm.environment))

De-select everything on this tab to disable all mtaching.

Hi,

Into the process "im.first.save" the first RAD "us.incident.matching.wrapper" is the one which calls the java script "IncidentMatching" . So, you could false the condition to avoid the potencially related problems to be displayed.

In classic systems, the prompt is displayed based on the Incident Profile setting for incident matching. The setting can vary by profile.

In 9.4x Codeless or 9.3x Process Designer Help Desk, it is set in the Incident Management > Configuration > Incident Matching.

Hi John,

Do you mean Going to Operator-->Incident Profile --> Incident Matching Options-->Uncheck the check similar problem box  ??

Am i correct or do i need to do any other change along with this ??

What i have mentioned in the lines above it is not showing the related records screen for now.. So that is it or we need to do any other change as well (Like in im.first.save process etc..) ?
