Need to sync Status of Incident and Interaction in certain conditions

Hi,

 

Working in an SM9.40 PD environment, I have a requirement that when I move a IM in Investigation phase into Pending Customer status that it's related Interactions also moves into  Pending Customer status and when I then move it back into Work In Progress status, that it's related Interaction move back into In Progress status.  I see a number of OOB RuleSets related to sync of status, but so far all my tests have been unsuccessful when I 've attempted to apply them.  Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on how I might do this?

Thanks for the reply, but this is a 5 year old post and we configured a solution to this requirement long ago.
