Re: No (more) records found

Try removing all the extra stuff in your request:

<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:ns="http://schemas.hp.com/SM/7" xmlns:com="http://schemas.hp.com/SM/7/Common" xmlns:xm="http://www.w3.org/2005/05/xmlmime">
   <soapenv:Header/>
   <soapenv:Body>
      <ns:AddCATScriptManagementCategoryRequest>
         <ns:model>
            <ns:keys>
            </ns:keys>
            <ns:instance>
               <!--Optional:-->
               <ns:Name>aa</ns:Name>
               <!--Optional:-->
               <ns:DevelopmentFolder>bb</ns:DevelopmentFolder>
               <!--Optional:-->
               <ns:ProductionFolder>bb</ns:ProductionFolder>
               <!--Optional:-->
               <ns:SupportGroup>dd</ns:SupportGroup>
               <!--Optional:-->
               <ns:attachments>
               </ns:attachments>
            </ns:instance>
            <!--Optional:-->
            <ns:messages>
            </ns:messages>
         </ns:model>
      </ns:AddCATScriptManagementCategoryRequest>
   </soapenv:Body>
</soapenv:Envelope>

Re: No (more) records found

I changed the caption.

Seems that HPSM application 9.30 extaccess table does not accept different captions that for:

add > Create

save >Update

<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:ns="http://schemas.hp.com/SM/7" xmlns:com="http://schemas.hp.com/SM/7/Common" xmlns:xm="http://www.w3.org/2005/05/xmlmime">
   <soapenv:Header/>
   <soapenv:Body>
      <ns:CreateScriptManagementCategoryRequest>
         <ns:model>
            <ns:keys>
               <ns:Name>DB4</ns:Name>
            </ns:keys>
            <ns:instance>

               <ns:DevelopmentFolder>/Commercial Banking/Script Development/DB3</ns:DevelopmentFolder>

         </ns:model>
      </ns:CreateScriptManagementCategoryRequest>
   </soapenv:Body>
</soapenv:Envelope>

So works.

But When I want to make retrieve with:

<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:ns="http://schemas.hp.com/SM/7" xmlns:com="http://schemas.hp.com/SM/7/Common" xmlns:xm="http://www.w3.org/2005/05/xmlmime">

            <ns:keys>

            </ns:keys>
            <ns:instance>
               <ns:Name>Linux</ns:Name>
               <ns:DevelopmentFolder></ns:DevelopmentFolder>
               <ns:ProductionFolder></ns:ProductionFolder>
                <ns:SupportGroup></ns:SupportGroup>
            </ns:instance>
         </ns:model>
      </ns:RetrieveScriptManagementCategoryRequest>
   </soapenv:Body>
</soapenv:Envelope>

I got error:

<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
   <SOAP-ENV:Body>
      <RetrieveScriptManagementCategoryResponse message="No (more) records found" returnCode="9" schemaRevisionDate="2017-08-30" schemaRevisionLevel="3" status="FAILURE" xsi:schemaLocation="http://schemas.hp.com/SM/7 http://servicemanager-ws.qa.intranet.eu:13089/SM/7/ScriptManagementCategory.xsd" xmlns="http://schemas.hp.com/SM/7" xmlns:cmn="http://schemas.hp.com/SM/7/Common" xmlns:xmime="http://www.w3.org/2005/05/xmlmime" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">
