Non-SSO login page while IDM is enabled

We have deployed a 9.63 environment complete with IDM SSO enabled on our webtier. The SSO functionality is working as desired. However, is it possible to still access a login page so that we can login manually without automatically being authenticated with our Windows credentials? Can this be done without deploying a second webtier that has IDM SSO disabled? I cannot find any path listed in the documentation that bypasses SSO from the SM webtier.

Bypass the webserver and get to the webtier login page on the application server port (i.e. port 8080)

@brettalanchristlieb IDM SSO is enabled within the Tomcat web application for the webtier. Accessing that port still performs an automatic SSO login.
