OK to use SRC Migration Tool 9.34 for 9.60?

Jump to solution

I'm trying to restore the branding and customizations for Service Request Catalog version 9.60.  Documentation refers to a Migration Tool, but the only one I can find in our environment is from version 9.34.

Would it cause problems to use this earlier version?

Is there a location where I can download a more recent version of the Migration Tool?

Hello Mark

the migration tool goes up until 9.52, none of the 9.6x version has it. it will be better if you can use that version since 9.3x and 9.6x are very different from each other, the data could be damaged in the process.

hope this helps you.
