[Online Expert Day] Smart Analytics (5): Get rid of html tags in the expanded information of results
is there a way to filter html tags in the integrated search results for interactions?
If you type into the description the results are shown imediatly on the right-hand side. If you expand the information of a Knowledge Document and you configured the library to show the rich text fields (question, answer etc.) the html tags are shown in an escaped manner. How can we get rid of them in this representation?

The container displaying the infomratino on the quick search is not an HTLM viewer, this may be the reason the tags are not parsed and they are shown as they are. You could open a support case so we can take it to our labs and determine if this is an ER / defect material.
