Open Activity for Incidents not Recorded

Hello, 

We have noticed that Open Activity is not recorded in some IM Records.

We cannot find a pattern to explain why this is happening.

Is there a known issue for this?

Our SM Version is 9.62.

Attached sample records of not having Open Activity recorded and of having Open Activity recorded.

I would appreciate if you can give me a hint what to look for.

One approach would be to investigate:

  1. If there is a difference in how these incidents are created?
  2. Are there any rules that are triggering differently.
  3. If Activity definitions are conditional.
