Jump to solution

Adding/removing operator id in assignment group is not reflecting in the operator's log in profile and vice versa.

is there anyway to fix this issue.

Thanks,

Hmm... in an Out of Box system, that is supposed to get handled by post-add, post-update and post-delete triggers on both the operator and assignment tables.  If you're able to add, update, or delete records in the opposing table without the trigger firing first, see if you've deleted or removed the triggers.  If they are still there, check your logs as you modify a record and see if there are trigger errors in the logs.

For the assignment table, the triggers you want to look for are:

assignment.update.oper.add

assignment.update.oper.del

assignment.update.oper.upd

For the operator table, the triggers you want to look for are:

trigger.operator.groups.add

trigger.operator.groups.delete

trigger.operator.groups.update

That's a place to get started.
