User click the url link from Company Portal and go to svcCat.disp.item form.

Next, run standart catalog item order process with add item to cart, create request and so on.

Problem is generate direct link, that user get the needed element without moving under catalog.

What you are trying to accomplish requires really advanced tailoring of the application and might be extremely difficult to implement.

"Order from catalog" works using two main rad applications

sd.catalog.request

svcCat.display.catalog

In order to somehow accomplish you will need after the user clicks the URL and login to the application, you need to tailor SM to point to sd.catalog.request rad application and pass the requires parameters. After this immediately execute svcCat.display.catalog passing the parameters with the exact svcCatalog Item ID. The internal work flow should take the user to svcCat.disp.item format

HP Professional Services could be a good option to get this done.
