PDCP4 and SM 9.32

Jump to solution

I have a Service Manager upgrade question.  My current system is SM9.32 application set with content pack 9.30.2 applied.

I want to apply PDCP4 (9.30.3).

In the download files for Process Designer Content Pack 9.30.3 there is an unl called SM932_PD4_compatibility.unl included.  I do no see anywhere in the documentation (I've checked it all I believe!) regarding when to apply it.

My first attempt was before the precontent.bin file, but when I logged out after loading the unl, I couldn't log back in.  That might've been my mistake too, maybe I should've loaded the precontent.bin file right way before logging out??

I can keep trying/guessing, but thought maybe someone else has gone through this.  I'll open a ticket with HP Support, but the forum usually has a quicker response 🙂

Thanks-
