Priority increase notification

Jump to solution

Hello Experts,

please share me the condition to write in IM Update notification whenever the priority of a Incident ticket is increased from low to high.

Please suggest if this will work (priority.code in $L.file={"1", "2","3"} and priority.code in $L.file.save~={"1", "2","3"}). I was looking to trigger the notification only when the Priority is increased not for decrease.

Thanks,

Ram

The condition you have will not work for what you want it to do... Look at your logic.

If you want the notification only when the priority increases, you want something like:

(priority.code in $L.file<priority.code in $L.file.save)

That way, the condition will only be true when the priority changes from a higher number to a lower number
