Problem accessing REST in SM

Hi experts,

 

I'm trying to access to the REST API in Service Manager 9.40. According to documentation, I should use http://{host}:{port}/{initialPath}, where {inicialPath} is /SM/9/rest, but when I access with that initialPath, I get just a blank page, not even the login window to put my credentials. If I access with /SM/7/rest I do get some information about the REST API, but just about Incidents. I already configured the RESTful API startup capability in the user falcon, by the way.

 

What path should I use? Is there something else I should configure?

Have you configured REST tab of WS ? Example below:

Yes, I already configured the REST tab in Changes and Incidents [configuration below] and still can't access.
