Hello experts,
I have a problem with Apache24 SSO (NTLM authentication) configuration. When I want to upload attachments that are on white list I get error message "Failed! The file you are trying to attach is empty, File won't be attached.".
Do you know is there some configuration on IE11? Because when I log in with Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Edge I can upload attachment.
I have to use IE11 because it is enterprise environment and my customer demands use of that browser.
Best regards,
Dino

Hi, I got the same issue, when I try to access the webtier bypassing SSO, the upload works fine on IE11 as well. The issue occurs only if the session is opened via SSO.

Same here, when I go to bypass I can upload it normally with IE11... I think that is a problem with Microsoft because I have asked colleague who is in infrastructure... I am trying to find a solution.

Thanks for the attached file, the fix worked. If you don't mind asking me, what was the issue?

@Enzo_Potenza thank you. I can confirm that it's working on HPSM v9.51.

hi Enzo_Potenza,
Thanks for the solution provided.
My customer is facing this issue and I came accross this post while searching for a solution.
Can I know if Tomcat service is required to restart after making the changes?
Also, right now, only certain user (so far only one) is getting this issue when login via TSO. Previously it was working for this user just today it was not working.
Why is it so?
Can you advise?
My SM version is 9.52.0011
