Problem with inbox after upgrade HPSM application from 9.32 to 9.41

Hi Experts,

After successfully upgrading HPSM application from 9.34 to 9.41, there are some error in except and sm.log

Please see my attachments for more details.

Could any body help me on this?

From the log I can tell that your dbdict of inbox is corrupted, you need to delete current inbox dbdict record and all inbox tables and reload the inbox dbdict from 9.41, and then load the inbox data into the new dbdict.
