Propel verse SRC - can they use the same catalog

Is there a migration of entries in the catalog for a customer who is using SRC so they can use Propel or can both of these products be deployed against the same catalog environment?

Is there a planned class on working with Propel?

Re: Propel verse SRC - can they use the same catalog

Greetings.

Please refer to the following tip:

http://community.hpe.com/t5/Service-Manager-Support-Customer/SM-Support-Tip-Configure-catalog-aggregation-between-SM-and/m-p/6798499#M6108

It is explained how to configure catalog aggregation between SM and Propel, and I think that the deployment of the Catalog for both applications cannot be done, since you make the aggregation of the catalog to Porpel, it seems that both applications manage their own catalogs separately.

I hope this works for you.

Re: Propel verse SRC - can they use the same catalog

Good day,

Not sure if I understand this requirement correclty.

I don't think we can directly migrate catalog items from SRC to Propel.

The catalog items in SRC were pulled from Service Manager (SM). For propel, it expended the source of catalog items, not only from SM. Propel would contain all catalog items in SRC, if the end-point system is the same and the filter criteria are met.
