RAD I ERROR;HTML Templates;getTemplate;Template IM Open could not be found.

Hi, all!

I tried to launch creating Incident by SM Webservice (SM/7/IncidentManagement) with Connect-IT

WebService return code 71 (not validate), but in sm.log I've got records:

RAD I ERROR;HTML Templates;getTemplate;Template IM Open could not be found.

Have any ideas?

Usually the notification does not block anything since they by default they happens always after something..... Share the full Response from WS if it's a validation issue in SM, the details should be present on the messages tag... if it's some internal error on SM you can find it SM.log..
Personally, I prefer to use SOAP UI to test/debug WS, you should give a try, it's much faster and easier.
