REST API is not enabled in my HP Service Manager 9.32. Is it license issue or an installationissue

HI,

I have HP Service Manager 9.32 and i could not find the REST API enabled. Is there a seperate license requirement for on REST APIs to be available in HP Service Manger. I could see the SOAP APIs enabled.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Pradeep.

Hi SabareshReddy,

If you do not have balancing for sm port you will put in the sm.ini these configuration:

restaccessviabrowser:1

debugrest:1

If you have more then one port configured you will put in the sm.cfg it:

sm -httpPort:<port> -httpsPort:<sslport> -debugnode -restaccessviabrowser:1 -debugrest:1 -log:log/debugrest.log

You can check the parameters in Web Services Guide

You must add RESTful API and SOAP API on the operators in execute capabilities.
