Read-only Condition on Line item ticket

Hello,

I have a requirement:-

There are 4 line items created for 1 quote..(xxx.001, xxx.002, xxx.003 and xxx.004). Now the requirement is when xxx.001 is closed then only second line item ticket should be made editable else all other should be read-only.

When xxx.002 is closed then xxx.003 should be editable else rerad-only and so on..

Can anyone let me know what should be the next steps???

Thanks,

Go to ds -> rml.main.display
Change field “I/O if RIO” from
evaluate(upd.cond in $L.phase) and evaluate($L.tableAccess.update)
to
evaluate(upd.cond in $L.phase) and evaluate($L.tableAccess.update) and status in $L.filed="ordered"

Thanks for reply but that didn't help.

I have 4 line item opened at a time and all status is "requested" or as per you "ordered". So how I will close other line item id they all are read-only.

When the bundle was defined which grouped the items, they should have been sequenced as part of the bundle defintion. This would have supported sequencing of the tasks and then the control statement suggested would have worked.

Are the line items sequenced in the item defintion?
