Received blank email
My user received blank email from SM. I don't have any clue from which condition the email came out with blank content. Anyone facing the same issue?

Was the e-mail in plain text or HTML formatted? Even a blank mail will have some formatting information.
Which version of SM are you using and do you know if you're using HTML Templates or the old notification method?
Does the eventout table contain records of the type 'email' ?
