Related interactions are not closed by Request Management

Hi experts,

Please, I need your help.
I have the following problem: When I try to close a Request that has a related interaction, I get the message has a related interaction, you want to close it?. After clicking the Yes button only closes the Request and interaction still open.

I have no idea where to start looking. Please help!

Re: Related interactions are not closed by Request Management

 Hi,

Could you confirm if this schedule record < Link Header record for incident RequestNumber> is created after you click the YES button?

Please let us know the app and rte versions of your environment.

Regards,

Re: Related interactions are not closed by Request Management

Hi Luis, thanks for your response.

The schedule record was created, but displays the following message:
"Application failed due to errors - msglog check for possible messages"
In the last post i've attached that log.

App version: 9.40.0015
RTE version: 9.41.0020

Thanks a lot.

Regards

Suggest you use the schedule system created and debug the rad  "move.fields.by.link"

I guess  the confiruation in link is not correct.
