Reopened Task still shown as closed in Task Planner
Normally in the Task Planner of a Change ticket, an active Change Task will be green in colour, and a closed Change Task will be grey with a "tick" on the upper right corner.
But when user clicked "Reopen" on a closed Change Task and the status changes to "reopened" & phase "Active", when going back to the Task Planner, the task is still grey with a "tick" no matter how many Refresh clicked.
Since it is now active again, user will be confused if it looks the same as a closed task.
How to make it change back to green?

As far as I know, the color condition is located in the "colorindicatorsetting" table, also you should check the correspond Workflow and check by ruleset or workflow properties.
