Reporting on Changes that caused incidents

Hi,

At my customer we are looking for a way to report on changes that caused incidents, or incidents that were caused by changes. We are using SM9.62 Codeless. There is a way to link incidents to changes by using the 'Caused By Changes' Link Type when relating an incident to a change. But getting that information out of SM seems to be impossible. The only thing we were able to do is to look at the screlation table, but a report on that links to screlation records and doesn't allow us to drill down to changes and incidents.

The rational for this is that we want to be able to do analysis on executed changes and lower the risk of changes.

Kind regards,

Cas van Voorthuizen
