Requestor's Full name

Hello all,

Note: I am user. I am not admin of SM9.

We started working with SM9 a month ago. I have REQUEST QUEUE in SM9.

Please help me to alter my view and see FULL NAME on front page. Now I can add REQUESTOR to my view. Issue is thar REQUESTOR is populated with REQUESTOR ID field from ticket.

I would like to add columns: requestor's FULL NAME column and EMAIL column. I have no that options in Customize Current View/Fields/Request drop down menu.

Can you show us screenshots of your screen.

And what table do you need - Interactions (incidents) or Incidents (probsummary) ?
