Reset Numbering across all of SM

Jump to solution

Hi All,

Thank you for all of your help getting me thorough the split.  I have managed to break the system in to 2 seperate copies for our new company.  Licencing has been sorted..now

How can I set the numbering across the board on the new system to start at 2xxxx.

ie 200 for CM, 200 000 for IM and 2 000 000 for SD.   and any others I may be missing.

Thanks in advance for your help,

Karen

Hello,

print number in HP service manager command line and the form for number reseting will open. Search for the required numbering based on class (for interactions it is incidents) and set the value in Last number field to the desired one to start with. After that do the same with the other classes.

Hope that is what you needed
