SLA for Different items in service catalog

How can i add SLA for single item in service catalog ??

Hi Rawan,

It's very simple.

1 - Create a SLO or SLT with your conditions to the "Service Catalog" Service Area and assign it to the SLA.

2 - Assign the SLA to the item in service catalog.

The sla for service catalog won't run even when i followed these steps.
