SM 7.11 Attachment synching question

In 7.11 does anyone know of a way in which an attachment added in an interaction record will be viewable from the incident or change record in the attachment tab rather than having to navigate to the related record, to the interaction and viewing the attachment?

Like already discussed in other threads, there seems to be no way to directly access the related attachments.
