SM 9.30 How to change Database DB Connection String ?

Jump to solution

Last week few tables were emptied out from Oracle DB being used by SM 9.30, this result in varios user unable to manage thier queues.

DB was restored from backup to another host.

Where and how do you update the new restored DB details in SM 9.30 server?

Please help.

Note: SM Suite is using only ORACLE DB, no sql db involved here

No, at sm.ini you have the parameter sqldb.. which should have the same name you set in your tns... if the credentials are different you also need to adjust the sqllogin.. just this and finito.
