After a full DB recovery all data came up and application started working just fine, however user is not receiving any notification emails on ticket creation.
Error log: JRTE E SMTP host name should not be null
JRTE E Failed to deliver message to 'email@example.com'
How can SM loss SMTP configurations on DB back restoration activity and where can we update SMTP settings.
Note: SM 9.30 is being used
