SM 9.31: How to set displayName field when a quote is opened from an Incident?

Hi Experts!

I'm oppening a related quote from an incident using the following path: Related > Quote > Open and I'm choosing a Request Category and then an Item.

I would like to set a displayName in the new Quote for the specific item.

How can I perform that?

Thanks,

Marcelo
