SM 9.4 - form question... where to change to a different form?

Jump to solution

I am trying to modify "Request Fulfillment" form and have my customized form be used instead of "rm.request.logging". I go to the "request" object to find the state information for open, close, default, etc... and I find the "state" for open and default and i open the corresponding "state", in this case it is "rm.request.view" and I cant find where it calls the specific form , which is "rm.request.logging", as the "format" field is blank, which is what i thought controlled the form

I know it is something simple... i just need direction if anyone has suggestion... I was looking for "profiles" as i thought was how it was controlled in previous version of Service Manager... but I dont know where it is in Service Manager 9.40

It is set in the workflow. So goto to the Process Designer and select the approproiate worklow, then you can set the format for each phase of the workflow.
