SM 9.40 codeless mode-Interactions becoming read-only

Tickets opened from email using  Connect IT, to SM 9.40, is all going read-only.

Interactions opened directly using the system is all working fine without any issue.

It would be great if anyone could please help.

Hello,

I would have checked the value of field  active.

Based on that fields Interaction was locked with Display screen if it was false.
