SM 9.41 incompatibility with IE11 under Windows 10

Good morning!

According to our company's policy, employees are forced to use Internet Explorer 11 on their workstations. Sad part is that now we have to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10, but IE11 are still a thing.

Main problem is that when we start Service Manager web client with SSO, it redirects to the auth server, but as it returns to the svmweb server, it drops the session,  and logs the user out (with message session expired).

If we use IE11 in "protected mode", the "session expired" thing does not occur, but our other applications stop working.

I know that we should use Edge / other browsers, but we can't at the moment.

I hope that maybe You can give us other solutions to the problem.

Best regards,

Laszlo

We're also having, due to organization prefrences, IE11 as our primary browser and Windows 10. Though, we have had no problems with SSO at all. Browser's protected mode is not used. Did no changes when moving from Win 7 to Win 10.

In our case, though, IIS and Apache Tomcat are the webtier's components, so our configuration differs from your setup.
