SM 9.50 Branding - How to change the oob green color for buttons, tab borders, and loading icon

Is there any way to change the oob green color for buttons, tab borders, and loading icon

Unfornally there's no where to edit these areas in the branding tab, and I have no clue why HPE thought people would want to edit all the other colors on the program but not these...

I heard other people talk about having to edit the CSS, has anyone successfully edited these colors?
