SM 9.50 Collaboration installation
I have installed the chat server and gone through the 40 pages instrucions in the installl guide. Everything seems to be working. I can login, I see the chat icons in the gui and I can initiate a chat stream but the recipient do not receive any message. In openfire admin pages I can see users are logged into the server som some connection is established.
Anybody have any ideas what to check and double check to get this to work.

Can you go into the Chat Server's logs directory and see what messages are in those log files when you experience the problem? Any messages regarding database connection?

There is no errors to be seen. Everything looks like it is running. All is running on same server and it appears that the various services are connected to each but no chat messages is delivered.

Is it really true that nobody have successfully installed SM 9.50 Collaboration ? Or is people just not willing to share their experience?
