SM-OMI Integration issue
I did an integration between Service Manager 9.21 & OMi and is working fine but I am getting an message "error: No (more) records found" when an Incident is updated in SM.
Please post if anyone knows
There might be other scenarios, but this message is generated if the query in a RetrieveIncidentRequest returns zero records. To troubleshoot, trace the issue with the following sm.ini parameters:
