SM Save

Hi Expert,

 

I would like to know when SM save will be use? When I clicked save button it showed me inteaction ticket has been updated instead of save. The message should show me Interaction ticket has been saved

not sure what you want to achieve but suppose you need to modify the scmessage record

Actually whenever you click save then SM would obviously update the ticket so update message is correct and.
If do not like it the as Vadim suggested you need to modify the scmessage record.

Well, SM Save notification record is called if interaction is created in inactive mode (as per help) however I have no idea how / when would you create an interaction in inactive mode.

 

So if you want "interaction is saved" instead on "interaction is updated" message, change the msg number to 3 in SM Update notification record for the appropriate expression.
