(SM) Support Tip: How to unload Request Model Task Plan

There is a known issue where task plans are not included as part of the change model UNL neither using the Script Utility nor Export/Unload option (“Use Data Map”).

There is an ER already opened for this(QCCR1E127787), link below:

https://softwaresupport.hp.com/group/softwaresupport/search-result/-/facetsearch/document/LID/QCCR1E127787

According to CPE,  “since task is not in same file as change model  unload does not contain it, customer can export related task by themselves to work around it”

However, it does not give much detail on where are stored those tasks so it can be confusing.

Workaround:

The records displayed in the component are saved into that table under the file name "ChangeModel". In other words, you should add an unl of the “changePlan” record to export the whole configuration (ChangeModel and Tasks).

Re: (SM)Support Tip:How to unload Request Model Task Plan

Is there an equivalent to the changePlan for requests so that we can unload requestModels and tasks?

Re: (SM)Support Tip:How to unload Request Model Task Plan

Note that when unloading Task Plans from the changePlan table, you want to filter them to only include those plans associated with Change Models and exclude the plans associated with actual changes. If you don't, you may load task plans into the target system which may adversely impact existing or future change records.

Both Request Model and Change Model task plans are stored in the changePlan table. The functionality built for change was leveraged for the new request module.
