SM9.35 Webtire is responding back blank page for only one view
We are using SM9.35-P2 as a webtire in our region. When going to "Incident" view and Selecting particular assignment group view, It is showing empty in the page but click more--> Count --> Showing 17 Records exist.
Samething is happening for during the Incident search as well. When Searching incidents for the same assignment group it is showing the empty list. but in the count again 17 records exist.
It would be great, if we get any assistance for this. This issue is happening only in Production.... 😞
