SM9.41 RequestTask "Visible to Customer"

Jump to solution

Hello,

Currently when i checkmark "Visible to customer" and make an an update in a Request Task, the update does not appear in the Request or in the SRC.

If I do it in the Request it does show up in the SRC.

Is this functionining as intended?

Thanks,

Peter
