SM9.41(WebClient)-Page should move to top instead of end

When a new page is loaded on Web-Client, we hope it display us the top of the page, not to the end of this page. Because users need to put values into textboxes. Howerver, in my case, the screw bar moved to the button when the new page loaded, and users have to screw up manually to get top of the page.


Is this a product issue? If not, how we can fix it?

Please check your format you display if there is a "Tab stop" value defined for the field the cursor is set to.

How to access format designer:

1. login falcon to Windows Client

2. System Navigator - Tailoring - Forms Designer

3. Open your format you use

4. Design

5. Scroll down to the field your cursor is set to  when you open a record in Web Client

6. Check "Tab Stop" property.

If this value is "0", there is not tab stop set. If the value is greater than "0" this may be the root cause for the page to be displayed as scrolled-down.
