SOAP Failure - Max Sessions Exceeded.

Hello.

 

Did any one exprerienced this kinds of problems ?

Users are kicked of - sessions time out.
 
Please advise.

You've configured enough servlets for 720 connections, but based on your licensing, you may be exceeding that count. Keep in mind that all system connections also rely on servlet threads (integrations with other applications, connect-it, release control, UCMDB, etc.) which often consume multiple sessions simultaneously. A single application integration may have dozens of concurrent logins, mqny of which consume servlet threads.. As a best practice, one or more debug servlets are usually configured to support integrations. 

The threads per servlet setting of 30 is extremely conservative. You may want to increase that (confirm that the memory allocated can support the additional users). I frequently see that set at 40-60. It sounds like you may be maxing out on connections.
