SRC duplicates requests when submit is clicked mutlitple times
We are having an issue on SRC where users get duplicate requests/calls. We have identified the cause of this to be the submit button being able after the initial click. You can click the button 20 times if you want to and it will duplicate the request that many times before submiting it.
Is there a way to configure the submit button to be disabled after being clicked once, to avoid this.
I can reproduce it too. You can log a support request. However it may be taken as a request for future versions as ideally if you click once, generally you can just wait for it to submit only one ticket.

The issue actually is we have a huge user base, and the bulk of the people are not really tech savvy, and communicating this to them would a big challenge.
