SRC requested for overwritten going from svcCartItem record to interaction

Between other modules, there is the screlate link record that moves data from the source file to the target.  But for the Service Catalog, there is no screlate link that moves data from the svcCartItem to the Interaction.  What is the mechanism that is doing this work?  I ask because when a catalog request comes from the SRC, service recipient gets overwritten with the operator opening the request in the interaction, but the requested for (service recipient) is correct in the svcCartItem record.

More odd is that the functions work fine in our dev and test systems, I am only having an issue with the production system.

Re: SRC requested for overwritten going from svcCartItem record to interaction

So what is happening is $requested.for is not being populated in svcCart.disp.item in the production system, even though $requested.for.fullname is being populated.  Anyone have a hint on where $requested.for is populated in the svcCart?

Found in the svcCat.disp.item link record.  $requested.for still not populating from SRC.

So the svcCartItem IS populating the requested.for properly.  Going from there to the interaction is where the service recipient is getting overwritten with the ticket owner.
